Finished Project

I finished this hat today.  I am almost finished with the other one.  

Winter!

Winter has tried to come a few times but thankfully warmer temperatures followed.  I know that won't always happen because winter will soon come to stay for a few months.  Are you ready for it?  I'm not.  Summertime can come back any day now and I would be happy.

Good Morning!

 Since the passing of Reecie and Gwen, this is what I see almost every morning.  Fuzzy Love.
 I got my bird feeder out this past week and put some corn in it.  I don't think anyone has found it yet.  Fuzzy has been checking on it for me.  I can tell because the curtain is usually moved.  I plan on getting bird seed to add to it this week.

My First Pomegranate

 My first pomegranate experience.  I found a new fruit I love!  Got it in a Bountiful Basket.  Can't wait to order again.  Maybe I will get a couple more.

Hello!  I've taken a break from HHM posting.  I've been posting though little bits here and there.  I DID get a new pocket sized smart device so I can take pictures and share.  YEA!  Anyway I'm back and joining in this week.  Looking forward to visiting others this week.  Thanks for stopping by, don't forget to let me know you stopped by for a visit.  Oh and I've figured out why I couldn't comment on many of the blogs I visit.  It was a setting on my browser.  I've got that changed now so I should be able to comment now when I visit.

Today's Menu:::
Cup of coffee with homemade chocolate banana cream creamer for breakfast.  Lg fry and a McChicken McDonalds, and a Pepsi  for lunch today.  Not sure about supper.

The weather this week:::
Today is great, little windy though.  Not sure I like the upcoming weather though.

I've been warming peppermint oil in my oil warmer lately.

Working on Christmas:::

I ran out of variegated yarn and am trying to find my ball of forest green to finish this up.  It's not where it's supposed to be and I can't seem to find it so I may have to leave this project for now and move on to something else. Don't live close enough to a store  that sells yarn so running to get some to finish it up isn't an option.

Looking around the house:::
Yah, it's a mess inside.  LOL!  Finally got my roof fixed!  Even have a sloped roof on the back half now instead of a flat roof.  Just needs some finishing up to enclose the new slope.  Hopefully it will get done today before the cold weather comes.  The yard is covered in yellow, brown and a few red leaves.  There are walnuts and acorns all over the back yard.  The grass is still green though.


Tonight's to do list:::
Need to stop at the dollar store and pick up some cat food and cat litter.  Stop at the grocery store and get eggs, butter, brown sugar, a whole chicken, bacon, and probably more if I think about it.

long jean skirt, tyedye t-shirt, my blue kitty cat jacket, and my hot pink tennis shoes

Accidentally Amish I borrowed this e-book from the state library.  It sucked me right in and it's not a pleasant thing to have to set it down. Work comes first though.  Looking forward to finishing it and reading the next 2 in the series, which I will also borrow via e-book from the state library.  clicking on the link will take you to the book page on Amazon via my affiliate account.

Slimjim

Meet Slimjim  He is an alley cat, literally, behind our shop.  He usually meets us in the morning and several times during the evening for treats.  He is quite lovable and if I could I'd take him home.
