*this post contains craftsy affiliate links

Mix of Tunisian Crochet and Regular Crochet. The flag is my own personal creation. Please do not share or sell my pattern. The stars are a FREE Ravelry pattern: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/star-garland-9  You can find my Flag pattern on Ravelry too:  https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/usa-flag-3
I have 2 YouTube crochet along videos for this.

I have never written a Tunisian pattern. If you try this and don't understand my written pattern please let me know and I will try to fix it. This written pattern is for the flag only. It is all Tunisian Simple Stitch (TSS)
I used *Cotton yarn in Red, White and Blue.  (link is for Lion Brand. I used Lily Sugar and Cream. You can use what you have.)
I used a size 6mm or *US 10 Double End Tunisian Crochet Hook
*Do not bind off, you just carry the yarn up each row. This only leaves 6 ends to weave in  Make sure your starting and ending tails are long enough to weave in.
*On your return stitch pick up the next color for the last chain.
Chain 26 (you will have 26 loops on your hook for every row)
Rows 1-6 TSS alternating red, white, red, white, red, white.
Row 7 TSS 16 Red and 10 blue
Row 8 TSS 16 White and 10 blue
Row 9 TSS 16 Red and 10 blue
Row 10 TSS 16 White and 10 blue
Row 11 TSS 16 Red and 10 blue
Row 12 TSS 16 White and 10 blue
Row 13 TSS 16 Red and 10 blue
Do a regular finish slip stitch 16 red, 10 blue
cut your yarn land weave in your 6 ends.
