We are now on week two of the "eating out" ban. We never made the "special sauce" for the quesadillas last week. š¢
Lunchs:
1. 2 meatball subs (for hubby) Toast and Gravy for me plus leftovers from last Tuesday night.
3. Spaghetti with butter and garlic salt n parm
4. Loaded Baked potatoes
Suppers:
1. Chicken quesadillas with sour cream on the side
2. BBQ beef ribs (for hubby) corn on the cob and cottage cheese . Iām having potato salad instead of the beef ribs.
3. Beef tips n gravy over mashed potatoes, salad, rolls
Wednesday night church is over until school starts back up. Thursday supper through Sunday supper we will be eating at work.
