The more I hear.....

The more I see and hear from successful or semi-successful youtube vloggers I realize maybe I shouldn't daily vlog.  Some of the daily vlogs I watch I can understand why the "trolls" taunt them and do and say the things they do.  Others I just don't get it.  I guess these "trolls" are just jealous and have nothing better to do with their time than pick at others and make fun of them and bad mouth them.  Yes I know it happens with blogging too, I have seen several "troll blogs" from blogs I used to read.  Same way....some I can understand why it's done, but others I just didn't.

SO on to prettier things......I haven't shown any crochet projects since July :-O  These are in no particular order......

This is my first attempt at a tunisian tapestry project.  It was a challenge for me for sure!  I made this for a friend who is a huge batman fan.

Tunisian knit/purl stitches stocking cap.  It looks knit but it's really crochet.  I really like how this one turned out.

Tunisian ripple scarf.  Second one I have made.  The first one you can see here in progress.  I traded the first one for this yarn.  I think I got the better end of the deal. ;-)

I issued a twiddlemuff challenge to the crochet group I host.  I finished mine, finally.  Monday Oct. 31 is the last day for it.  I don't particularly care for this one, but I'm happy that it will be given to a young person who has ADD/ADHD etc.  Hopefully this will help with some of the anxieties this younger person has.

Not much shawl progress.  I am about 70% done with it.  I'm afraid I will run out of yarn before I'm 100% done.  Oh well, no one will know but me, right?

This is another tunisian knit/purl stitch stocking cap.  I call this the "watermelon hat"  LOL!

Why haven't I made this sooner?  I only have 1 and would like to make at least one more.  Absolutely amazing!  No more burning my hands because I "forget" and grab the handle without a potholder.  No more bulky potholder sitting on the handle or being in my way.

Something else I have done is proven to myself that (at least with this pattern) I can use a knit pattern with knit/purl stitches and create it with a tunisian hook.  I didn't finish this it was just an experiment.  I hope to do more of this in the future.  I love the knit look.....without the knitting needles.

Ok I best get busy.....
