Tunisian Success or Tunisian Fail?

We have all seen pictures of pinterest fails....but YouTube [project] fails?

So I was browsing YouTube and one of the suggested videos had this cute Tunisian critter in it. The channel is not in English and subtitles aren’t available so I was clueless to what was being said but I knew I had to try! Here's a link to the video where the project is. It’s at the correct time stamp.
